use A860 sierra wireless card HSDPA with Agilent drive test software:

1. install watcher or cingular communication manager
2. plug A860 and make sure it works
3. close watcher or cingular communication manager  
4. install Driverinstaller.exe, it will update NDIS driver to 2.0.20. 
5. reboot PC
6. now a vitual port called Sierra Wireless diagnoistic port is installed on computer
7. in agilent drive test software, in available ports window, highlight sierra wireless diagnostic port, right click and choose Qualcomm 6275 as the device.
